Water is the best liquid for your body PERIOD! Water, as simple as it is, gives every part of your body things that it needs. When you drink water you begin to feel better, look better, and be healthier instantly. Water gets rid of bad toxins that are destroying your body, clears up your skin, feeds your brain and improves your mental health! So, when you feel bad, drink water. When you feel sluggish, drink water! When you want to lose weight, drink water! It is the essential ingredient to doing all of those things!
There are several ways to get started with drinking more water. Here are a few of them.
1. Drink a glass of water when you wake and before you go to bed. Give your body a boost!
2. Replace your meal beverages with water. You’ll begin to see an immediate difference in how you approach food.
3. Take a bottle and drink water throughout the day. A great way to cleanse your body and keep it energized.
Any of these tips will work. No matter which one you choose, be sure to drink more water! Gulp Gulp Gulp!
I had the opportunity to work for a home builder early in my career and he shared a bit of knowledge with me that has stuck to me like glue. He said, “It feels good to know that I can start 15 houses at the same time, but all that work means absolutely nothing until those homes are completed.” The message that he was sharing with me was to finish anything that I start. There is power in completion. The sense of accomplishment alone will give you inspiration and confidence. You will also gain the motivation to start and finish more tasks. It’s a win win!
It’s simple, but it’s not easy. Life gets in the way. Distractions get in the way. People, doubts, and new ideas get in the way! However, you have to remember that YOU control what you allow to distract you. Don’t leave things halfway done. With that said, let’s get focused. Let’s set the time aside and let’s get our ideas done! This will only lay a foundation for bigger and better things! Remember, no matter what, Finish What You Start! What good is an unfinished house? FINISH IT!
We should all have a hobby that we enjoy. Personally. I love making songs for kids. I enjoy the entire process. My son enjoys putting Lego sets together. You may enjoy cooking, sewing, sketching, or trying out make-up combinations. Whatever your hobby is, it’s yours. It’s what you love to do. Why not do it more? There are thousands of business owners that are successful by doing things that had as hobbies; even as a kid. Hobbies encourage us to be creative, motivate us to try new things, and relax us in ways that can’t be matched.
When you give your favorite hobby as much as time you give other things, you will find that your skills in that hobby will increase. This is happening because your are actually gaining knowledge and experience through practicing the things that you love. Try to find find as much time as you can. You will improve your health and be in a better mood more often. As you get better, this may even turn into a nice business for you.

He says often, “There is power in stillness.” Meditation is the practice of being still, clearing your mind, and finding peace in the moment. It is important for echo of us to find 5, 10, or 20, minutes a day to meditate. If you’ve never meditated before, here’s how to do it.
1. Find an area that is comfortable and quiet with dim lighting. No meditating in the cafeteria.
2. Sit with your legs crossed and your hands either in lap win your fingers lightly crossed or on your legs in a natural position. Also make sure that you are sitting up and that your back is not slouched.
3. Close your eyes and breath. To help you focus on breathing, say inhale and exhale to yourself as you sit.
4. Naturally, your mid will begin to wonder and this is where the power of meditation comes in. You must force yourself to focus on breathing. Think about what’s around you. What do you hear? How do your muscles feel? What do you see behind your eyelids? Do you feel a tingle?
It may seem difficult at first, but the more you practice it, the better you’ll become at doing it. You’ll look for better meditation environments and you
L begin to meditate longer in peace. You will find that your mind will be energized and prepared for the day (or night) ahead. Give it a shot and tell me what you think.
